In 2005, following her 10-year career at Northrop Grumman as a DoD Financial Manager, Ms. Palazuelos established Tridant Solutions to serve the Department of Defense, and other federal and commercial agencies, providing responsive, efficient, and knowledgeable program management on mission critical programs. 

Ms. Palazuelos possesses a robust portfolio of 70+ successfully completed or underway programs, valued at +$40M. Her proactive, tenacious, and responsive approach to contract execution has won her numerous contracts to provide new programs to NAVSEA, NAVAIR, the US Air Force, the Department of Homeland Security Health Corps, and the Army National Guard. Under Annette’s leadership, the Tridant team has earned numerous 100% EXCEPTIONAL performance evaluation ratings and has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list with coveted rankings for 3 years in a row!

Ms. Palazuelos has received prestigious recognition for her industry leadership. Most recently she received the ‘Service to the Flag’ award as recognized by Women in Defense (WID) for her service to the Nation. She received the SBA’s Leadership Award, City of Los Angeles’ Entrepreneurial Spirit Award, 2020 LA Business Journal’s Emerging Business Award & multiple Women’s Leadership Award nominations, a NASA Thank You Letter for hosting the High-Tech Small Business Industry Day, and selection as Boston Private Bank’s Featured Client (twice). 

Ms Palazuelos’ career also included support for the underserved community at one of the busiest and biggest hospitals in the nation.  For over 15 years she worked as a Respiratory Practitioner at the level-1 trauma center Los Angeles County/University of Southern California Medical Center (LAC+USC) where her specialty was Emergency Room, ICU and Adult Critical Care.

A huge advocate for the underserved community, Ms. Palazuelos as donated and volunteered to the Rowland High School Wrestling Team, Little Sunshine Foundation (and currently serves as a board member), LA Sparks Adopt-A-Team Program, USC Day of Service Mentor, Santa Kid Christmas gift donation program and others. As a former licensed and certified Respiratory Care Practitioner, Ms. Palazuelos deployed 3 times to Haiti’s Bernard Mevs Hospital with medical rescue teams to provide patient medical care and practitioner training, following the 2010 Haiti earthquake.

Ms. Palazuelos is an alumna of the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. She earned certifications in Financial Auditing, Contract Administration and Proposal Preparation under Northrop Grumman-sponsored programs. She is a member of AFCEA, NDIA, Women in Defense, Association of the United States Army, Southern California Minority Supplier Development Council, Latin Business Association, and the Los Angeles & Ridgecrest Area Chamber of Commerce.
