Thursday, May 28th, 2020 – The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC-PHD) awarded Tridant Solutions with a $3.6M, 2-year contract to provide Technical Library Archiving support services for NSWC-PHD operations.
The Tridant Team will provide Technical Library Archiving support to Building 441 of NSWC-PHD, Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), Port Hueneme, California in the processing, disposition, disposal, inventory, and transportation of various records.
Support service tasks include (not all inclusive):
- Secure Processing, Disposition, and Destruction of Unclassified Materials
- Disassembly, Removal, and Disposal of Specified Fixtures and Equipment
- Preparation of Selected Unclassified Records
- Movement of Unclassified Records to New Locations
- Library Management Services
The Tridant Team’s library operations and maintenance support to Building 441 will ensure that federal records, and in particular federal records selected for induction into the National Archives and Record Administration (NARA) Washington National Records Center (WNRC), are appropriately processed
