Wednesday, May 5th, 2021 – Tridant was recently rated ‘Exceptional’ in each category (Quality, Schedule, Cost Control, Management, Regulatory Compliance) of its Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) review from the Department of Homeland Security for the second year in a row.
Tridant provides medical biohazardous waste collection/disposal services and OSHA safety training and inspections for 18 medical clinics in 10 states for the Department of Homeland Security’s Health Service Corps medical clinics.
CPARS comments from the evaluating official included high praise for Tridant’s services, with remarks such as:
QUALITY: “The service provided to each of the 18 facilities is impeccable”
SCHEDULE: “COVID-19 impacted the routine schedules, but Tridant was resilient and ensured services were not impacted during this pandemic.”
COST CONTROL: “Tridant provided outstanding cost control measures to help manage fluctuations in waste generated at the different facilities so that waste services were provided when needed.”
MANAGEMENT: “Tridant’s oversight and management of this contract has been outstanding…tracking each facility to 100% compliance.”
